What this page covers

Cookies and similar technologies are small pieces of data stored on your device. This page explains what our website uses at the date above.

What we use

  • Essential storage. When you use our sign-up or contact forms, your browser stores a small anonymous token so the form can be sent securely. It does not identify you and is not used for advertising.
  • Symptom tracker storage. If you use our symptom tracker, the entries you choose to save are stored in your browser's local storage on your device, under the name bioher_tracker_v1. They are not sent to us, we cannot see them, and they are not used for analytics or advertising. They stay until you delete them using the Data tab in the tracker or clear your browser data. This storage is only used when you save an entry.
  • Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts. This means your IP address and browser details are sent to Google when a page loads.

Analytics and marketing cookies

At the date above, we do not run analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We plan to add analytics and advertising in future. When we do, they will stay switched off unless you choose "Accept all" on our cookie banner, and we will update this page to list each one.

Your choices

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all or choose essential only. Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page.

Managing storage

You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block the storage used by our forms, they may not work. If you clear your browser data, any symptom tracker entries saved on that device will be deleted, so download a backup from the tracker first if you want to keep them.
